Members of the Carroll County Department of Fire and EMS combination department of Career and Volunteer personnel gathered this morning to observe and remember this day. We were joined by members of the community and officials from the Carroll County Government.

Today, the sky was as clear and blue with no clouds as it was on 9/11/2001.
