The mission of Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services is to prevent the loss of life, fire prevention, public education, protect the environment and provide reliable and accurate responders.

Emergency Services Training (E.S.T.) Program:
The Emergency Services Training (E.S.T.) Program is offered to Carroll County Volunteers as well as high school students by the Carroll County Volunteer Emergency
Services Association. Interested students must have their graduation requirements completed or scheduled for completion by their senior year. Transportation to and from the
Carroll County Public Safety Training Center, is the responsibility of each student each day attending class. Students are required to receive permission from their high school and fire company chief to report to the Training Center by 12:00PM. Classes will run until 3:00PM. The E.S.T Program will follow the Carroll County Public School calendar.
